Cyrille Grumbach

Founder & Director

Physicist turned strategist. Passionate researcher. Human-first innovator committed to “building together” a better, shared future.

Cyrille Grumbach is the Founder and Director of Build2Gether, aiming to advance strategy and research while driving social impact. He is a PhD Candidate at the Chair of Strategic Management and Innovation at ETH Zurich, and his research explores through field experiments how different types of knowledge inputs—whether from experts or AI—shape problem-solving, innovation, and evaluation. For his work at the intersection of academic research and social impact, Cyrille was named to the 2025 Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list.
